    Found a long black hair in my food. Called the restaurant, was told they don’t know how that could get there since whoever was cooking didn’t have long hair and that they would tell them to “pay attention”. No apologies or offers to remake food. I learned my lesson, will never order from here again!

    We ordered two salads and two orders of wings the women on the phone said that it would be ready in 30 minutes. We came to pick up our food a little after 30 minutes and it still wasn’t done. We ended up waiting more than an hour to get our food. Very unhappy and probably won’t order from here again.

    We ordered for our first time from here through the slice app tonight. We wanted to try something different and always had good experiences with the Giuseppe's Pizza in Plattsburgh. We were not happy with the food at all. I'm not one to complain, but hopefully it was just an off night for y'all. It took an hour 1/2 to get our order and the pizza wasn't how we ordered it and was cold, the fries were cold and soggy, and there was slimy rotten lettuce all over the burgers. I ended up not eating my burger because the rotten lettuce slime was all over it. Not a good first time experience. Very disappointed. 😕
